1. General Terms & Conditions

367ace (referred to as "the Platform", "we", or "us") is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions apply to all registered members and visitors.

As part of the KYC verification process, 367ace may request additional identity documents at any time. Failure to provide them may result in certain account features being restricted.

3. Deposits & Payments

367ace supports Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket for deposits. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 200
• Maximum Single Deposit: BDT 50,000
• Daily Maximum Deposit: BDT 1,00,000
• Processing Time: Usually instant (within 5 minutes)

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted and any such transactions may be seized.

If a deposit fails due to a technical issue but funds have been deducted from your payment account, please contact us within 24 hours with proof of the transaction.

Withdrawals on 367ace are typically processed within 30 seconds to 5 minutes. However, KYC verification or security reviews may require additional time.

General Bonus Terms

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using multiple identities to claim bonus benefits.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated methods.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Threatening or harassing other members.
• Using the platform for terrorism or any illegal activity.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

367ace may immediately suspend or close any account found to be in violation of the terms and conditions, without prior notice.

If a Terms and Conditions violation is confirmed, the account balance may be seized prior to closure. Where an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any remaining valid balance will be returned.

9. Liability Limits
